About Anscia

Anscia Terelle Brown is a visionary Brand Marketing Leader with expertise in grassroots community building, integrated marketing, strategic storytelling, and executing high-impact campaigns that drive engagement and brand growth.

Over the past decade, Anscia has collaborated with leading brands and organizations across various industries. She gained early experience at The White House in the First Lady Office of Corresponce and governmental agencies throughout Washington, D.C., and has since spearheaded sports sponsorships with organizations, such as NASCAR, Paretta Autosport, and 23XI Racing, as well as implemented digital and in-person campaigns that educated millions on financial literacy during her tenure in fintech. Anscia has also led impactful community engagement initiatives with organizations like dfree, Play Like a Girl, and Heart, Body & Soul. Her contributions to the podcasting space include work with All the Smoke, The Crew Has It, and Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson. Her background spans across fintech, sports marketing, public service, non-profit, public arts, and more.

Anscia currently focuses on fractional marketing work with minority-owned businesses and non-profits, empowering them to develop and implement brand marketing strategies that create lasting impact. Born and raised in Washington, D.C., she earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and an MBA in Marketing Management from St. John’s University. She is a proud member of ForbesBLK and serves as a community board member and founding member of The Gathering Spot – NYC.

Passionate about giving back, Anscia mentors aspiring marketers, volunteers at local food banks and churches, and builds purpose-driven communities. Her ultimate goal is to amplify stories that inspire collective action and meaningful change.
